Refund and Returns Policy

At Zulkra, we want your shopping experience to be clear and secure. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Shopify’s rules.

1) Return Period

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2) Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
– Be unused and in the same condition as received.  
– Be returned with original packaging and tags.  
– Include proof of purchase.

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

3) Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
– Perishable goods.  
– Custom-made or personalized items.  
– Intimate, hygiene, or sanitary products.  
– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  
– Gift cards and downloadable software.  
– Certain personal care products, depending on the item.

4) Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:
– Items showing signs of use.  
– Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error.  
– Items returned after the allowed return period.

5) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
– We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.  
– If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within an estimated 5 to 10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

We do not charge restocking fees.

6) Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded.
Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are non-refundable, unless defective.

7) Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

8) Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

9) Return Shipping

Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain return authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
Return addresses may vary depending on the product or fulfillment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items valued over USD 75, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service.
